What image formats are supported?
We support various image formats including JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and WebP. The processed images will be saved in TIFF format with 300 DPI resolution.
How long does processing take?
Processing time varies depending on the image size and complexity. Each image has a processing timeout of 3 minutes. If an image exceeds this time, it will be marked as failed, but the job will continue processing other images.
What happens if an image fails to process?
If an image fails to process, the job will be marked as "partial" and you'll still be able to download the successfully processed images. Failed images can be retried in a new job.
